ABOUT JAMES BURDINE
James Burdine debuted his first book in June 2020. He was raised in Detroit and has been telling stories his entire life. He moved to New York City in 1999, and stopped writing. Almost 20 years later and back in Michigan, he began again. One February morning, while writing a letter to his uncle, the skeleton of the story he had thought about for over a decade came together. James lives in Ann Arbor with his family.
